Watford Mencap provides vital support to people with Learning Disabilities and their carers in South West Hertfordshire. We're a cradle to grave service providing residential care, supported living, adult and children learning and leisure activities. We sell donated items on Ebay to support all our projects. Ebay income is even more important as local authority grants come under increasing pressure. Our Ebay store is run by volunteers to maximise our income and all our packaging comes from recycled sources
