UppFutures is committed to improving the prospects of children in economically-poor regions of Ghana. We do this by providing school uniforms and other equipment to those who may not be able to afford it. Since school uniforms are compulsory, this intervention allows children to attend school and get an education which both improves their future prospects and also reduces the chances of them being exploited through child labour.
