The Together Plan Ltd

The Together Plan is a UK charity that promotes community capacity building, to develop the abilities and skills of the members of socially and economically disadvantaged communities, in the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society. We help communities to reach a potential they didn't know they had through education, resource support and by building close working relationships with them.
