SNAP (Special Needs Action Project)

Supporting children and young adults who have additional support needs. Founded in 1996, SNAP has grown over the years with the needs of our children, young people and families. We run clubs and activities for young people aged 5 to 19 and for those aged 19 and above who need the continuation of the friendships and activities at SNAP. Activities provide a place and time for fun, trying out new and popular activities, creating simple socialisation opportunities whilst giving their families a break.
