Romanian Rescue Appeal
We are a UK registered charitable organisation whose focus is to rescue stray dogs in Romania. We rescue street dogs and dogs from deplorable conditions in government-run shelters. We currently have 800 dogs in our care, at two rescue centres in the town of Tecuci in Romania's Galati region, and another in Călărași. We have so far rehomed over 2,500 dogs, mainly to the UK but also across Europe, including Scandinavia, since Romanian Rescue Appeal (RRA) was established in January 2014
