The Challenge Through Sport Initiative (CSI) is an innovative behaviour change programme for people in need of building their resilience to substance misuse. That includes people with mental health issues, ex-offenders, homelessness and just as importantly, their families. It encourages participants to engage in free activities within their community and introduces them to a new support network, motivating them to lead a healthier, happier life. The Volunteer Pathway improves confidence & self-esteem.
