Shetland Film Archive
The Shetland Film Archive is a volunteer led charity which has established a moving image record of the Shetland Islands, going back to the 1930s. We digitise vulnerable film and tapes, preserving them for future generations and made publicly available whenever possible. We want everyone to enjoy our diverse archive of Shetland's history and culture.
We encourage and celebrate us of archive in a variety of settings including: education, research, tourism, health & wellbeing and creative projects.
