Behcets Syndrome Society provide help and support to people with a diagnosis of Behcets Disease and their families. We also support and provide information to those who may be seeking a diagnosis of Behcets. We do this through our helpline, website, factsheets, family days, conferences, grants etc. BD is a chronic and rare condition resulting from disturbances in the bodys immune system. Characterised by severe inflammation in many parts of the body. Its painful, disabling and can be life changing.
